SHANGHAI ZHI XIN PATENT AGENT LTD.

Established in 1985, Shanghai Zhi Xin Patent Agent Ltd., former Shanghai Hua Dong Patent Agency, is one of the few qualified foreign business patent firms in Shanghai region. The firm is specialized in handling patent and trademark businesses both domestically and internationally. Nationwide, It is one of the earliest qualified patent agencies entrusted to handle foreign patent applications by Chinese State Intellectual Property Office under the State Council. In addition, It is also a licensed trademark agency approved by State Administration of Industry & Commerce to provide trademark services to both domestic and international applicants.  

The firm offers enterprises and individuals a variety of services relevant to IP affairs, including patent application, trademark registration, licensing and technology transfer, and all sorts of legal matters related to intellectual property tights.
