Summary

Ms. Lu studied under Professor Xianguo, Zhu，one of the first national intellectual property leading talents, and graduated from the School of Intellectual Property of Nanjing University of Science and Technology (NJUST) in 2019. After graduation, she joined our firm. She has handled either domestic or foreign patent practice work as well as PCT applications including search, drafting，in response to Office Action, reexamination, invalidation, infringement analysis, translation etc., and served Shanghai Institute of Microsystems and Information Technology, Shanghai Advanced Research Institute, Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics, Shanghai Astronomical Observatory, East China University of Science and Technology and Shanghai Orient-chip Technology Co., Ltd., in the fields of semiconductor, communication, computer, algorithm, microelectronics, power technology, etc.
