Summary

Mr. Xiong started his IP career after graduation from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2017, and qualified as a patent attorney in the same year. He joined our firm in 2020. In many years of patent practice, he has handled various patent practice work such as search, drafting, in response to Office Action, reexamination, invalidation, infringement analysis, translation etc. in the fields of mechanical engineering, semiconductor, material processing, algorithms, microelectronics and power technology etc., and handled a large number of applications from the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Shanghai Advanced Research Institute, Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics, East China University of Science and Technology etc.
