Working Experiences and Skills
During undergraduate study, Xinxin mainly studied basic knowledge of science and engineering, such as mechanical design, mechanical basis of chemical equipment, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacology and organic chemistry, as well as related design and drawing of industrial equipment and processes, and participated in the synthesis of some pharmaceutical intermediates.
During postgraduate study, Xinxin was mainly involved in the separation and purification process of polysaccharides and related activities, and published two related papers.
Joined the firm in 2016, Xinxin obtained the qualification of Patent Attorney in 2017 and Xinxin has been engaged in intellectual property practice since graduation.
So far, Xinxin has represented about three hundred domestic patent related cases, about one hundred foreign patent related cases, several patent reexamination and invalid cases, and has rich experience in domestic and foreign patent practice.
Xinxin is good at applying for patents related to chemistry, pharmacy, biology and materials, and familiar with Chinese, American and European patent laws.
