Working Experiences and Skills

After graduation in 1998, Xuan ever worked in technical work in several companies. Xuan joined the firm in 2005, obtained the qualification of Patent Attorney in 2006. And in 2012, Xuan obtained the qualification of Patent Lawsuit Attorney in Civil Proceedings and Administrative Proceedings. Xuan has rich experiences in IP field during his related work for more than 17 years. Xuan already dealt with thousands of patent cases, hundreds of trademark cases and hundreds of software copyright cases. Xuan specializes in a wide range of areas in technology, including mechanical and electronics communication, computer software & hardware. He is familiar with related Intellectual Property Laws and practices in China and other countries, and could provide professional legal advices for clients.
Xuan attended the PCT international patent application training organized by the world intellectual property organization in 2007. In 2008, Xuan participated in the China-Europe patent licensing training jointly organized by the European Patent Office and the Chinese state intellectual property office. In 2010, Xuan went to the John Marshall school of law of the United States for the study and exchange of American patent law and practice. As a member of the international trademark association and a member of the American intellectual property association, Xuan attended many large international conferences and maintained good cooperative relations with my counterparts at home and abroad.
