Working Experiences and Skills

After graduation in 1998, Jie was engaged in technical work in a company. Jie obtained the qualification of Patent Attorney in 2000, and now has more than 20 years of practical experience in intellectual property. So far, Jie has represented thousands of domestic and foreign patent applications and hundreds of trademark applications. Jie is good at applying for patents related to mechanical and electronic fields, familiar with domestic and foreign laws related to intellectual property rights, and able to provide professional advice to customers.
Jie participated in the PCT international patent application training held by the world intellectual property organization in 2000 and the summer school on IP in Europe orgnized by the Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) at the University of Strasbourg in France in 2009. As a member of the international trademark association and the American intellectual property association, Jie attended many large international conferences and maintained good cooperative relations with her counterparts at home and abroad.
