Wu linsong has received a systemic and organized college education on Science and Engineering (e.g., vehicle engineering) & Law for more than six years and acquired a solid theoretical basis. He has practiced in the area of intellectual property law since 1999 after his graduation. He has drafted more than thousands of patent applications and hundreds of trademark applications within these years. Besides, he also has extensive experience in providing professional intellectual property-related legal services for his clients involving offering patent or trademark infringement consulting services, drafting patent or trademark infringement analysis reports, forwarding cease and desist letters to the alleged infringers and conducting concerned negotiations.
During the period from 2000 to 2001, he provided service concerning patent infringement for Shanghai Zhonglu Industrial co.,Ltd, one of the three bowling equipment manufacturers in the world. Finally, patent infringements disputes for both sides have been well settled, thereby achieving good economic and social effects. And the client spoke highly of him for the services he’d provided.
After years of practice, he developed a good command of China’s current judicial protection system for intellectual property and was confirmed by the Supreme People's Court as one of the first batch of qualified patent litigation attorneys.
